The Mission
Our mission is to equip and encourage power linemen to grow as disciples of Jesus through a community built on Scripture, mutual sharpening, and practical, everyday faithfulness. Using a Head‑Heart‑Hands approach, we help linemen deepen their understanding of God’s Word, cultivate Christlike character, and live out their calling at home, at work, and in their communities.

What We're About
At Keep The Light On (KTLO), our heart is to encourage and equip the men and women who keep the lights on physically to keep their spiritual light shining as well (Matt 5:14–16). Using a 3‑H discipleship approach — Head, Heart, and Hands — KTLO exists as a community where Christian linemen can sharpen one another (Prov 27:17), grow in biblical understanding, deepen their love for Christ, and live out their faith in practical, everyday ways.
Who This Community is For
Whether you’re an aspiring apprentice or a seasoned journeyman; union or non‑union; working distribution or transmission; serving an IOU or a cooperative; a curious seeker or a bi‑vocational pastor — you belong here. We all share the same calling: to continually grow as disciples of Jesus so we can be effective and fruitful in our homes, our workplaces, and our communities.
